The twin pack contains one 500g pouch of Malgudi 80/20 (80% coffee, 20% chicory — for those who want the coffee to dominate) and one 500g pouch of Malgudi 53/47 (53% coffee, 47% chicory — for a stronger, more bitter traditional decoction). Together they give a South Indian household a full kilogram of freshly roasted filter coffee powder and the flexibility to brew to taste depending on the mood. Both blends are made by CCL Products in Hyderabad using beans from South India's finest coffee estates.

Buying the twin pack saves versus buying both individually and keeps your canister stocked for weeks.

How to brew: Use 2–3 tablespoons in a South Indian metal filter. Brew for 10–15 minutes. Mix decoction with hot milk at 1:3 ratio.
