Is it bitter?
Freeze-drying preserves each blend’s natural balance — bold, not burnt. Espresso Noir is the most intense (4/5); Da Essenza the most balanced (3/5).
Does it contain chicory or additives?
No. 100% Pure Instant Coffee — nothing else.
How many cups does a jar make?
Around 50 cups per 100g jar (1–2 tsp per cup).
How do I make it?
Add 1–2 tsp to your cup, pour 150 ml hot water (35 ml for an espresso-style Noir), stir. Ready in 30 seconds.
