Shipping & Delivery

  1. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed national courier service with tracking details. As soon as your package ships, we will email & SMS you your package tracking information. Your orders will be delivered within a minimum period of 2 days to maximum of 15 days from the date the order is placed depending on the delivery pincode. Delivery of ordered product/s will depend upon the area/location from where the customer has placed the order.
  2. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  3. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  4. Shipping fees includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipment fees may vary as the product/s selected or according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
  5. We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) option in all cases where the order value is between Rs. 100 – Rs. 1000. In all such COD orders, a charge of Rs. 50/- will be levied.

Charges

If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process or not.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. You can email us on hello@continental.coffee with your order number for any clarification.

Returns and Exchanges

Return or Exchange of products are only accepted in case the delivered product/s is defective or damaged. Our return policy lasts for 7 days. After 7 days of product/s being delivered, the order cannot be returned or exchanged. In case the product/s has to be returned or exchanged, the product/s should be unused and in the same condition as it was received.

In case you wish to exchange your ordered product/s, it can be exchanged with the same product/s item only.

If you wish to return or exchange a defective or damaged product, write to us with the order number explaining the issue with pictures / video of the damaged or defective product within 7 days of delivery. Once you have written to us, we will create a ticket number and get back to you within 48 working hours, confirming our acceptance or rejection of your request for refund or exchange.

Only when we have accepted your return or exchange request, you may initiate the return of the product. We do not offer door step pick up of orders. If you want to return / exchange an item, kindly courier it to us within 7 days of our confirmation at the below mentioned shipping address -

The shipping charges will have to be borne by you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Return orders once received by us will be processed for refund initiation and the same will be informed through a proper channel of communication with the refund details.

Once the refund is processed a credit detail will be intimated to the original source of payment within 30 days. In case of COD, the amount will be refunded through cheque or IMPS whichever is convenient to customer.

The shipping charges remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In case, you haven’t received the refund yet, kindly check your bank account or your bank service provider. If you still don’t receive the refund, kindly reach out to us at hello@continental.coffee

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the orders online. Once the order has been placed and tracking/dispatch details have been shared, the order cannot be cancelled after that.
