I have become a fan of Continental Xtra. Been using it from last six months. The coffee has a nice and strong flavor and has big granules which I really love about this brand coffee unlike others which comes in powder.

Worst Worst product

I just ordered continental speciale through zepto. When I opened it's full of fungus. It's around rs.180 .very much disappointed. Kindly do needful.

So unprofessional and unethical

My order number CC27173 was returned due to an error in the address and I managed to update it to customer care. They told me the procedure was that they couldn't change the address since it had been shipped. I waited for it to be returned and I got updates on the Delhivery site that it was returned. Since then I have contacted customer care via WhatsApp and email. But I haven't heard back from you. For the company, this would be just an order, but for me this is cheating, looting not only money but the trust and professionalism.
