customer Support not helpfullat all. can its still not resolved
I have ordered same brand from last 7 years online and offline, but what I received this time was totally disappointed . I received all refill packs with opened once and taste was bad. When I want to complaint it keeps hanging..
I ordered Continental Coffee Strong - 1KG Pouch. More than 14+ days gone and still not yet shipped! Asked their customer support many times but no solution!
Too much chicory powder, at least introduce product with 60-40 or 70-30 coffee-chicory mix. increase price but 53-47 ratio has too much earthy taste. Please keep one employee to reply on phone or email, no one replied there, phone number is not working, whatsapp help line also not working. There is literally no customer support from your end.
