Coffee Quality Mediocre

Quality of coffee is not too good compared to other products of Continental like Cappuccino or Mocha or even Hazelnut etc.
The milk portion turns to tiny granules after pouring hot water and sticks to the spoon and also to the inside of the cup - no matter how long and how well one stirs the concoction.

This is Creamy but now very expensive

I've been using these coffee for almost more than 4 yrs and it used to sell for 10rs a sachet 16g quantity but now for the past few months suddenly company decides to double the price impacting sales and customer
10 becomes 15 is still understood but 10 becomes 20 is super bad , I have other options to chose from

Missing Item in my order

The coffee itself is really good—rich in taste and convenient to use. I’ve been enjoying it for a while and have no complaints about the product quality. However, their customer support is absolutely pathetic. So the one star is for the customer support team.

Recently, I placed an order, but some of my items were missing. I raised a complaint via email, expecting a prompt response. It has been four days now, and I haven’t received any reply. No acknowledgment, no update—just complete silence from their end.

A good product alone isn’t enough; customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience. I hope they seriously work on improving their support team because, at this rate, they’re going to lose loyal customers.
