I have become a fan of Continental Xtra. Been using it from last six months. The coffee has a nice and strong flavor and has big granules which I really love about this brand coffee unlike others which comes in powder.

Customer service is very poor

Product are undoubtedly excellent but your customer service is not upto mark, as with your WhatsApp service you're just wasting time of customers as you don't reply there. Same with your email.

I wrote earlier to improvise on this front.

I asked about wholesale price of the product through your form submission but even after 2 months, no reply!!!!!

Complaint on the sachets having NO POWDER

We purchased from Metro Visakhapatnam 4 packets of 144 sachets each .In one packet we found 2 sachets with almost NO POWDER .Now ,what shall I do ?
How to get compensated for the money paid .I kept the unopened sachets to be shown to your Visakhapatnam representative to show and get compensated.However we are NOT Happy with the Brand .,now . PLEASE SEND YOUR REPRESENTATIVE to seethe sachets and give the report to you .We lost the confidence for the value of our money ..
